DISHWASHER
A few things to consider:
Performance
Dishwashers are graded from A to G for cleaning performance, energy efficiency and drying performance.
A are best at removing dried-on food and grease from your plates.
A will save you money by using less electricity and hot water
A leaves the least water on your dishes at the end of the wash programme.
Programme choice
A choice of programmes will offer increased flexibility;
QUICK WASH - ideal for lightly soiled dishes or when time is short.
ECONOMY WASH - Uses the minimum amount of water and washes quickly; particularly useful when the dishwasher is not full.
POTS AND PANS - An intensive hot wash to remove even the most stubborn burnt-on food.
GLASSWARE - An extra delicate wash to ensure glasses come out sparkling clean.
AUTOWASH - Automatically detects how dirty dishes are, washes them accordingly, and washes them until they are clean.

Noise
Dishwasher noise is measured in decibels; the higher the number of decibels, the noisier the machine. A 46dB machine ???
Water usage
A dishwasher uses less water than washing by hand.
High performance models use less than 16 litres of water per cycle compared to washing by hand, which uses twice that amount.
