STORE MANAGER

The store’s activities and resources and how they affect the store’s success will fall under your portfolio.

Requirements:

5 years store management experience.
Sound knowledge of South African retail practices.
Understanding of the financial aspects of a retail business.
Involved in the daily running of the business.

ADMIN MANAGER

You’re involved with the smooth running of the store’s system procedures, service centre and other key areas of responsibility.

Requirements:

Standard 10 or Grade 12.
Strong computer skills – MS Office, POM, POS.

Minimum of 12 months experience in this role or relevant experience in:

Cash and banking management.
Implementation and management of procedures.
Product after sales service.
Developing and coaching of subordinates and own career path.
Exposure to industrial relations, investigations.

DISTRIBUTION MANAGER

Having the right stock received, dispatched and on the floor is integral to DionWired’s success formula – you’ll be making sure merchandise is where it needs to be at all times.

Requirements:

Standard 10 or Grade 12.
Strong computer skills – MS Office, POM, POS.

Minimum of 12 months experience in this role or relevant experience related to:

Implementation and management of procedures.
Exposure to the Bin Locator System and the POM System.
Developing and coaching of subordinates and own career path.
Exposure to industrial relations, investigations.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERTS / SALES PERSON

As the face of DionWired, you assist customers with their product selection – comprehensive product knowledge and amazing customer service is a must.

Requirements:

Standard 10 or Grade 12.
Strong customer service skills.
Flexible full-time basis (working week would include Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays as part of a normal shift).
Must be willing and able to perform in more than one position in the store as per business requirements - must be flexible and able to multitask.
Must also be willing to work in different stores in a geographical area.
